Here are a few things to try.
I can't find Energy 106 on my DAB+ radio
Try running a full rescan on your DAB+ radio. Check Find Your Energy to see whether your location is within a supported coverage area. Indoor reception and aerial positioning can affect results.
My DAB+ radio finds Energy 106, but reception breaks up
Try moving the radio closer to a window, extending its aerial and repositioning it. DAB+ reception varies with terrain, buildings and location.
The website or app isn't playing
Check your internet connection, refresh the player or restart the app. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data if you can.
Alexa can't find Energy 106
First ask Alexa to enable Energy 106. Once the skill is enabled, say “Alexa, play Energy 106”.
